I'm back, but only so I could post this, xD:
I normally don't do this shet, but:
In 2007, my friends Leslie and Wendy and I went to downtown LA to go to Jrock Revolution, a large and long concert with Japanese rock bands that flew over just to play for that weekend. It was a great experience, although I could only go the first day. Anyways, I was (and still am) into the Japanese band alice nine., and the drummer Nao was one of the people I was trying to imitate when I was still drumming back up in Norcal. I got him a cymbal clock as a gift, since I was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to see him again unless I went over to Japan or something.
Anyways, he blogged about the flowers and cards and whatnot when he got back to Japan and nothing about the clock, which was a bit disheartening, but I figured that he was too busy to blog about EVERYTHING he got (which was prolly a lot), or he just didn't get it. So I stopped checking blog a couple months after that 'cause I can't read Japanese and translations were getting a little slow.

Today, Yuko and I decided to hang out in San Francisco together since we (she) hadn't gone shopping in a while and I hven't gone to the city in a long time. Stores we visited while we were downtown included Anthropologie, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, FCUK, and H&M. Leslie, you must join us on our next in-city excursion. And answer your phone, damnit.

I need better titles. D: Anyways, I finally got out of the house today! AND I got a nice top from this clothing store called Sway by my house. It's pretty nice; kinda expensive for certain shirts that I really wanted, but I got it 'cause it seemed different. Anyways, I'll probably take a picture of THAT later, maybe when I wear it tomorrow. :3

Yes, I haven't posted any clothing pics yet; I've been hibernating the last week. And, I gots no money at the moment, so looking at clothes makes me sad. D:
Anyways, I got bored, and I wanted to see how much I've changed since I was younger (and since I learned the meaning of the term 'camwhore,' as most of my images are from "that" period). :DD
Edit: I added more pictures! These were from when I was getting into that Japanese fashion scene (a time when I'm pretty sure a lot of people were failing). I changed my preferences too much to ever get good at just one (before settling on just looking good >3) so those pictures are put in at the end. x3

Okay, I've said this before, but I'll say it again. I know I haven't been writing in my journal. I blame it on school/meeting new people in an environment I'm TOTALLY not used to. But summer is here and I'm back! Sorta! :D What I'm planning on doing is giving an actual purpose to my journal and the entries I'll be posting from here on out. Most likely it'll be about clothes and superficial crap (the stuff I won't normally talk about in conversations 'cause it makes my interactions feel insufficient). Bitchtalk? :DD It will be my haven for pure, uncensored vanity.
But seriously, It'll probably be about clothes most of the time. Socal has made me a shopping freak (oi... even more than I was. Damnit). So yes. You will be seeing a lot of "Which one will I buy?" posts. :D Some of you may like it (iunno) and some of you can choose to ignore it. But hey, at least I'm posting, right? :D
That's it for now. I have a couple pieces I'm currently looking at and will be posting on here to get opinions later. :D Until then, aurevoir!

So yes. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! 'Tis my second post since my last one after my virtual virtual isolation. Just a list of my resolutions that I am hoping to accomplish this year (or at least by summer :DD)
Resolutions:
- Study more and achieve a GPA of AT LEAST 3.5 for both quarter in college
- Lose 20 pounds in extra fat by summer break (that gives me... 6 months) while still staying healthy and in shape
- Save money for my Australia trip (meaning, not spending alot, if at all)
MUST COMPLETE RESOLUTIONS. xOO

I'm sorry this is so late. DD: And I don't even have pictures yet (I'm too lazy to walk around the perimeter of my dormhall to actually take them. And the pictures i do already have are already on facebook. :DDD)
Anyways, school's been good. The academics are easy to hard. Chemistry is still confusing (and forever will it be so for me) and Bio is really easy for me to grasp. However, Humanities Core is kicking my ass right now. We're reading Aristotle on Rhetoric AND Aristotle on PHYSICS, for Christ's sakes. it's ridiculously difficult to grasp simply because the english it is translated into is redundant, repetitive, and ridiculous. But I'm dealing; I've met so many nice people here. there are the occasional (more like many) bitches that is expected of any college campus, especially in socal, but there are also really helpful people. superficiality down here is crazy, but so is it so everywhere else. :D
In other news, SWITCHFOOT IS PLAYING AT THE BREN CENTER IN UCI. :DDDDDD I'm so frickin' excited. i still need to get my ticket (tomorrow), but i'm so totally going, mwahahah.... x333
I miss everyone! I'm sorry i haven't sent out anything yet. i don't really like th epostcards here, so I'm just going to write you guys letter and send each one of you a picture of something. I'm not sure what that something is yet, but it's gonna be something. ;33 And I'm in the process of recording all of you guys video messages on facebook, so check it damnit! :OOOO
